North East Regional Research and Resource Centre is an undergraduate Research Centre at Miranda House, Delhi University. The project was awarded by the North Eastern Council Shillong, Government of India. This is the first of its kind UG multidisciplinary Research Centre set up in a Delhi University College. The aim is to foster research, innovation, and entrepreneurial initiatives amongst the youth especially women. The NERRRC creates a research and resource space focused on women - research, innovation and entrepreneurship in the North Eastern Region (NER) at Miranda House. Organisation for Diaspora Initiatives, New Delhi, India
Organization for Diaspora Initiatives (ODI) is a non-profit, non-governmental academic organisation registered in India with its head office in New Delhi (www.odi.in). It is working to understand the status and role of diasporic communities across the globe– both in domestic and international context. It maps outs the emerging roles, networks and operations of different Diasporic communities as a resource in the international civil society space as well as in the host and the home countries of Diasporas. ODI attempts to analyse Diasporas by comparing and contrasting their experiences across regions and time span to draw the possible road map of Indian Diaspora engagement. It has an international academic journal titled Diaspora Studies indexed in SCOPUS, Web of Science & UGC CARE having Scimago Qrtl-1 index in two subjects and published by Brill Publications, Netherlands. The Journal covers Diaspora studies with a focus on International Relations and other disciplines of social sciences and humanities.
